Apply for SPAN for summer, 2023
Acceptance into the Student Project for Amity among Nations, SPAN, program is based upon the completed application and application materials. Applications for summer 2023 are currently open!
The application deadline for travel in summer 2023 is January 15. The application and all materials must be submitted to the GEC, the Global Engagement Center at Hamline University.
SPAN application checklist
- A personal statement including why you want to participate in SPAN and other information applicable to learning and conducting research abroad.
- A transcript.
- Two letters of recommendation. At least one should be an academic reference from an instructor familiar with your abilities and writing experience.
Students who are not Hamline undergraduates will need to register as non-degree seeking students before they can complete the application.
